What the form sends

A sent note carries your name, the contacts you filled in and the note itself: which place, what should change, where to check it and how you know the place. The address and language of the page travel with it. A hidden field that people never see is there only so that spam robots give themselves away.

How notes are used

A form service keeps the notes until the editors go through them at the next revision. They are used only to check and apply the report; nobody is written to unless the note asks for a reply and gives a contact. Your name and contacts never appear on the site and are never sold or handed to the club, school or organiser concerned; the change history describes the change, never the person who reported it.

No cookies, counted visits

The site sets no cookies. A small script on its own domain counts page views without storing anything in your browser and without following you to other sites. Each view records the page, the page you came from, and the browser, type of device and country read from the request; only the totals are ever looked at.

Nothing loaded from elsewhere

The pages call no advertising network, social-media button or outside tracker, and fetch no fonts, maps or pictures from other servers. A link to a source or a map takes you to a site with its own privacy terms. The hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses only as far as delivering the pages requires.

Your rights under the GDPR

To have a note of yours corrected or erased, send a new one through the form under the same name and contact and say so. The form service is updated when the notes are next gone through, and you hear back only if you ask and leave a contact. You may also complain to Poland’s supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
