More about this list

Children are the main pupils of Kraków chess. Krakowski Klub Szachistów 1893 starts the youngest in beginner groups on ul. Prądnicka and in partner schools, Klub Szachowy Dwie Wieże in Bronowice offers a first class without commitment, and KS Cracovia 1906 trains children and teenagers on Saturday mornings. KS Korona 1919 works mostly with primary-school ages, in person and online.

Culture centres run courses by the term. The Podgórze culture centre teaches at its Iskierka club on Wednesdays and holds workshops at Piaskownica on Fridays, Klub Kultury Wena in Prądnik Biały has Friday groups by level, and the youth culture house on Al. 29 Listopada takes children from kindergarten age. The city programme Kraków gra w szachy is free for primary pupils.
